No, you are just writing clearly, to be understood by all. (Something I wish I could get across to one of my partners. I CAN write like a technomedicalgeek, but not all our patients have PhDs, and our written materials should be clear, concise and understandable, not technical. At most, 8th grade level is what they say.)
