I noticed something else near that pedestrian bridge that got yarn bombed yesterday.
Many of the freeways in the Twin Cities are enclosed in noise walls to shield the nearby houses from the perpetual traffic buzz. The first walls were... walls. Concrete. Prison-like. Not attractive. As the years went by and newer walls were built, their aethetics were taken into consideration. More wood, less concrete. More design, less bland.
Looks like this wall is gonna get a makeover soon.
